Logging In & Forgot Username/Password

When your account was created, you assigned a username and password to your account portal.

You also provided an email address that is associated with your account.

If you have forgot your password:

1. Enter your username or email that was originally set up on your account and click login, this will open a new screen.

2. Click on " Forgot your password? The system will send an email to reset your password.

3. If you forgot your username or email that was set up, contact customer support for additional help.
