Below is a list of features, updates and fixes that were included on V140, completed on May 14, 2013:
What's New!
- V140-2294 Mobile: Hide Toolbar Option
There is now an option to hide the toolbar on the Mobile platform to free up a little bit more space for displaying the pages of your Flipbooks. Readers can do this with an "expand" button on the toolbar or a "contract" button on the top right of screen when the toolbar is hidden.
What's Changed
- V140-3253 Application Default Terminology Change: Folder/Issue Now Folder/Flipbook and Environment Setting Deprecation
After careful consideration, we have decided that the term “Flipbook” is the most descriptive and universally accepted noun to describe your converted PDFs. We feel this term can apply to all types of content and will be much easier to reference when providing support and education. All those Accounts who were using the default environment setting of "Folder/Issue" will be automatically changed to "Folder/Flipbook", after which environment setting will no longer be adjustable. Any Account that is currently using one of the other environment settings will continue as is until they choose the default "Folder/Flipbook" setting, after which they will no longer have an option to change.
What's Fixed
- V140-2334 Mobile: Toolbar Logo Shifted Vertically a Few Pixels
Fixed a minor placement problem with the banner toolbar logo when first loading up the Mobile Flipbook, where it was shifted vertically a few pixels. The logo should now be displaying in the proper centered position.
- V140-3218 Mobile: Support for Placing the Same Video Multiple Times on a Page
The use case is very narrow, but if you need to place the same video (via Video Embed Tool) multiple times on a single page, you can now do so without having to upload the video twice.
