What's New!
- V137-3000 Metrics - Comparison Matrix: View of Selected Flipbooks and Metrics in a Single Report (PRO and UP)
We heard a lot of feedback, since we launched the new Metrics, from folks looking for a single view to be able to compare multiple metrics across multiple Flipbooks. We couldn't ignore this so we've added a "Comparison Matrix" that is going to give a list of all selected Flipbooks along with the Metrics you've selected in your Dashboard.
What's Changed
- V137-3194 Metrics - Unique Visitors: Calculate Unique Visitors Over Date Range Instead of Summing Each Day
We're following Google's lead on this Metric now and instead of summing the daily total for Unique Visitors over a date range, we'll be tallying Unique Visitors based on a Date Range. In other words, if the same user came and viewed a Flipbook twice in a 2 day range, and you are reporting on that 2 day range, we'll show 1 Unique Visitor rather than 2.
What's Fixed
- V137-2817 Metrics - Zooms: Page Zoom Indicators Showing as "3" Instead of Target Icons on the Heat Map
Addressed a problem with some browser/operating system combinations that were displaying the Zoom point "target bulls-eyes" as "3"s instead.
- V137-3191 Metrics - Performance: Better Handling of Deleting Page Widgets, Links and Notes
Fixed a problem with deleted Page Widgets causing errors on the Performance tab. We also made some adjustments in how deleted elements are displayed on the performance tab: - Deleted Page Widgets will show as "-deleted widget-" for Service Name
- Deleted Links will show as "-deleted-" for Destination
- Deleted Page Notes will show as "-deleted-" in Notes Added Metric>Current Note Text
- V137-3189 Metrics - Average Page Time: Only Count Time on Page When A Page View is Registered
The Average Time on Page Metric was tracking time for a Page when an event related to that page was fired without user visiting that page. An example here would be if a link was clicked from the "Links List" toolbar button, which doesn't require a visit to the page that link is on to fire the event. We're now ignoring these types of scenarios and require a page view in order to be included in the Average Time on Page Metric.
